Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Post
Securely package your jewelry in its original box and use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to our Melbourne studio.
Processing and Credit
Once our artisans have inspected the returned piece, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
